Every effort is made to insure buyer receives a healthy puppy.  Your puppy purchase agreement is as follows:  Pups are d-wormed weekly starting at 2 weeks and every week until 10 weeks or pup is sold.  Breeder gives the puppy its 1st puppy shot at 6 weeks old and every 2 weeks until four shots have been given or pup is sold.  However, puppy is not fully protected against diseases until it has been fully immunized.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to have the pup immunized against all diseases.  Puppy should receive its rabies shot at 12 weeks old.  Follow your Vet's advice for immunization and heartworm protection.

ADBA registration papers and a Health Record are being provided to the buyer at time of purchase.  Said puppy is in good health and condition at time of sale.  Buyer should take your puppy to your Veterinarian within five business days of purchase for examination.  If deemed unhealthy in any way, the puppy should be returned to the breeder immediately with statement from your Vet for a full refund of the purchase price.

It is understood that this dog is not sold for any illegal purpose.
