PURCHASE AGREEMENT

Every effort is made to insure buyer receives a healthy puppy.  Your warranty on the puppy purchase is as follows: Breeder gives the puppy its 1st puppy shot and worms them prior to sale.  However, puppy is not fully protected against diseases until it has been fully immunized.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to have the puppy immunized against all diseases.   We ask you take your puppy to a Vet for a complete health check within 72 hours after purchase.  If a problem is found on the primary Vet checkup, the puppy may be returned for a full refund, as long as the puppy is returned within 96 hours of purchase.  This does not include abuse or injury incurred after purchase.  Breeder will not take back a puppy because buyer has changed his/her mind.  Money paid may be transferred to any puppy from any litter for period up to one year, but will not be refunded, except under special circumstances.

We also include a Guarantee for 1 year for genetic defects that might cause a life threatening illness. Breeder will issue a new puppy of equal value upon availability.  No cash refunds will be made.  Buyer will return any paperwork and the puppy alive/dead to breeder along with a written statement from a veterinarian, describing puppy's condition.  Breeder will not under any circumstances pay for any vet bills.  Breeder has the right to have a Vet examine the puppy for verification purposes.
